Service & privacy information
Service terms
Who provides the service
Transform Your Mix (TYM) is provided by Murray Stewart Lake trading as Sentir Studio, ABN 92 219 634 049, GST registered. Our business address is 30–40 Harcourt Parade, Rosebery NSW 2018, Australia. For mail, use PO BOX 273, Rosebery NSW 1445, Australia. Contact transformyourmix@sentir.studio.
Your order
TYM processes your supplied audio through your chosen hardware transformer pair. It is not a mixing or mastering service. Check each track, transformer, channel format and sample rate before paying. The payment receipt records your order; payment does not mean processing has finished. Upload the complete files after verified payment and keep your original files backed up.
We accept supported mono or stereo WAV files at 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96 kHz, with 16-, 24- or 32-bit PCM or 32-bit float encoding. Each file may be up to seven minutes and 384 MiB. The order form also checks the total order size. One selected transformer pass is supplied per ordered file. A different transformer or another pass is a separate order.
Prices and payment
Prices and discounts are shown before checkout in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where applicable; checkout and your receipt show the tax breakdown. Stripe handles payment details. Pay only once: if a payment or upload appears interrupted, return to the saved order or contact us before creating another payment.
Returning-stem final-mix discounts are limited to the conditions shown with the issued code: one final stereo mix, the same email address and a single use. Existing issued codes keep their stated conditions. Discount codes are not cash.
Delivery and remedies
Our target is delivery within 24 hours after payment and a complete, valid upload. This is a target, not an unconditional deadline. If processing fails, files cannot be accepted or delivery is delayed, contact us so we can resolve the order, arrange a remedy or refund as appropriate. See delivery, cancellations and refunds for the download period and your rights.
Your music and permission to process it
You keep ownership of your music and recordings. You must have authority to upload the files and permit the processing, storage and delivery needed for your order, including permissions from other rights holders and people whose personal information is in the files. You give us only the permission needed to supply the service and handle related support, recovery and legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your music to us.
We do not publish your recordings, use them in promotion or use them to train AI without separate permission. Files are handled privately by Sentir Studio and the service providers described in our privacy notice. Do not upload passwords, financial records or unrelated sensitive documents.
Our intellectual property
TYM's software, branding and proprietary processing methods remain the property of their respective owners. Buying processing does not grant rights to copy or distribute our software or branding. This does not restrict your ownership or use of your supplied and processed recordings, or any rights the law gives you.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer guarantees, privacy rights or remedies under applicable law. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing, and is not a waiver of a statutory cancellation right. We do not apply later policy changes retrospectively to an existing order without a lawful basis. Contact us first with a concern; you retain access to relevant regulators and courts.
Privacy
Who is responsible
Murray Stewart Lake trading as Sentir Studio operates TYM. Contact our privacy contact at transformyourmix@sentir.studio, or PO BOX 273, Rosebery NSW 1445, Australia. Business address: 30–40 Harcourt Parade, Rosebery NSW 2018, Australia. ABN 92 219 634 049.
Information used
We receive your name or artist/project name, email address, order details, track names, chosen transformers, audio files and technical file information. Recordings may contain voices or other personal information. Payment records include the order reference, amount, currency, tax, payment status and limited payment details used on the receipt. Stripe collects billing and payment information; TYM does not receive your full card number or card security code.
We also handle support correspondence, order and delivery events, necessary browser storage and technical request information used to operate and protect the service. Our service providers may process network identifiers, device/browser information and security logs. Do not include unnecessary personal information in filenames or recordings.
Why we use it
- To quote, accept payment, receive files, process audio and deliver your order.
- To issue receipts, answer support requests and recover interrupted orders.
- To protect orders, prevent misuse and investigate faults.
- To meet applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the relevant bases may be performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in security, support and reliable operation, subject to the required assessment and your rights. Consent is used where legally required for optional purposes; agreeing to service terms is not blanket privacy consent. We do not make a marketing subscription a condition of ordering.
Service providers and access
Sentir Studio staff authorised to operate or support TYM can access information needed for that work. We use the following providers for their stated functions. Each provider's own notice also explains its independent processing where applicable.
- Stripe: checkout, payment, billing and fraud prevention.
- Dropbox: receiving and storing source and delivery files.
- Airtable: order and processing records.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Fly.io: hosting the ordering and download services.
- Cargo / Persona and Google: the separate Sentir Studio marketing website and its measurement/advertising technology. See our cookies notice.
Audio is also processed and stored on studio equipment and in working sessions and backups. We do not make your audio publicly searchable. A private download link can be used by someone you share it with; keep it confidential.
International processing
Our business is in Australia. Providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Provider terms and processing arrangements differ. The regional safeguards, agreements and representatives needed for an international public launch are still under review before public ordering opens. We do not treat a website notice as a substitute for the safeguards required by law.
Retention and deletion
The download link normally expires seven days after issue and permits up to 20 downloads. Link expiry is not deletion of your recordings. Source files, processed audio, studio sessions, recovery records and backups can remain after the link expires. There is currently no verified automatic seven-day or thirty-day deletion of all copies.
We retain information for service delivery, support and recovery, accounting, security and applicable legal requirements. Our intended policy is a rolling 30-day period after verified delivery for completed-order audio and working sessions, followed by a daily cleanup on day 31. Implementation and verification across storage and backups are still in progress; this is not yet a guarantee that every copy is automatically deleted on that date. Financial and legally required records are assessed separately. You can request deletion; we will assess the request, the copies involved and any lawful retention obligations, and explain the outcome. We cannot promise immediate removal from every backup. Please keep your own copies; TYM is not a long-term archive.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Use privacy choices and requests. We may ask for proportionate verification to avoid disclosing another customer's information. Withdrawing optional consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Young musicians
The owner intends TYM to be usable by young musicians as well as adults. The privacy, consent and contract requirements for children differ by country and age. Those arrangements are not yet qualified for public launch. Public ordering remains closed while these arrangements are finalised. Please contact us before submitting personal information about a child.
Security and complaints
We restrict access and use security controls to protect orders and files. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly about a mistaken recipient, exposed link or privacy concern. You may also contact your local privacy regulator, including the OAIC, EEA supervisory authorities, UK ICO or Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, where relevant.
Delivery & refunds
When processing begins
Payment is followed by upload. Processing requires a complete, valid upload. Our target is delivery within 24 hours after those steps. If there is an upload problem, keep your original order and use its recovery controls or contact us; do not pay again just to resume.
What you receive
You receive the original WAV and the processed WAV for each accepted track. Processing uses the file's native sample rate. The processed file is supplied as 32-bit float and RMS level-matched to the original using active audio, with matching length and start/end points. The chosen transformer provides the intended tonal change; the result is not a promise of mastering or of a particular artistic preference.
Download availability
The delivery email contains a private download link normally available for seven days and up to 20 downloads. The email states the actual expiry. Download and back up your files promptly. Contact us if the link fails or expires; recovery depends on the files still being available. Expiry does not mean the underlying audio has been deleted. Do not share your link publicly.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact transformyourmix@sentir.studio with your order number to cancel or report a problem. Our existing change-of-mind policy offers a full refund before the processed files have been delivered. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
If files are missing, incorrect or the service fails, explain the problem so we can investigate and provide the remedy required in the circumstances, including re-supply or a refund where appropriate. We do not require you to waive legal rights to obtain support.
Australian consumers
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Nothing in these pages excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See ACCC guidance on remedies.
EU/EEA and UK distance orders
Applicable withdrawal rights can include a fourteen-day cancellation period. Accepting our service terms alone does not waive those rights or authorise us to treat them as waived. The classification of this service and any separate request to start during that period, required acknowledgement, durable confirmation and cancellation process are under legal review. Public sales to these markets remain closed pending that review and implementation.
To tell us you wish to withdraw or cancel, email your name, order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. Do not send card details. You do not need to use special wording to ask for help or exercise an applicable right.

Privacy choices
Contact our privacy contact
Email transformyourmix@sentir.studio or write to PO BOX 273, Rosebery NSW 1445, Australia. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, an objection or help with a privacy concern. Use the email attached to your order where possible and include the order number if known.
Do not send identity documents, passwords, card details or sensitive recordings with your initial request. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the records and verify authority. Rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies; we will explain any permitted extension, refusal or retained records.
Deletion and recordings of other people
Tell us if your concern involves a voice or personal information in someone else's recording. We will consider the affected person's rights and the uploader's rights before disclosing or deleting anything. Link expiry alone does not delete audio, sessions or backups. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims; we will explain applicable limitations.
Optional communications and tracking
Buying TYM is not agreement to marketing. Receipts, delivery messages and essential order support are transactional communications. For optional consent-based uses, you can withdraw consent by contacting us. See cookies and browser storage for the distinction between this ordering service, Stripe checkout and the separate marketing site.
This page provides a request route; it does not claim to be an automated deletion tool or a global tracking opt-out switch. Regional opt-out and browser-signal requirements remain part of the launch review.
